Bret Gengenbach
Mr.
Gengenbach is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has extensive experience
in all aspects
of quality engineering, quality management and working with automotive AIAG
standards. He has over ten years of experience managing quality as an automotive
sub-tier supplier and has in-depth knowledge of all the AIAG standards. Mr.
Gengenbach has conducted numerous design of experiments (DOEs) on a wide
variety of industrial processes, including plastic injection molding, aluminum
die cast, brass foundry, metal stamping, sheet metal spot welding, machining
operations, metal plating, and assembly operations, which have netted savings
totaling more than $400K. He has presented DOE results to teams from Motorola
and Delphi Delco Electronic Systems. Mr. Gengenbach has led organizations
in achieving certifications to ISO 9001, QS 9000, and TS16949 and is familiar
with the ISO 17025 lab accreditation standards. He has extensive experience
with measurements systems analysis, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing,
and product reliability assessment. Mr. Gengenbach also has extensive experience
supplier development and with establishing statistical process control systems.
He has trained 25 individuals who have become certified quality technicians.
