ISO/TS 16949 Lead Auditor Training Class in June
Our next RABQSA certified lead auditor training course for ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 will be conducted in Nashville at the BNA Corporate Center near the Nashville airport.
When: Monday-Friday, June 25-29, 2007
Fee: $1150 per person (save $20 per person if registration paid by May 25)

Publicly Offered Internal Audit Training for ISO 9001

Name of Course: ISO 9001:2000 Internal Audit Training.
Location: BNA Corporate Training Center, 404 BNA Drive, Nashville, TN (near the airport)
Date: August 9-11, 2006
Class Hours: 9 am to 4 pm each day
Registration Fee: $400 per person, includes course materials and certificate upon completion
Topics Covered:
· Experience using the terms in the standard and a point of reference when auditing.
· An understanding of where ISO standards come from, how they are developed, and the benefits of a quality system.
· A definition of the principles on which the series of standards were developed.
· Understanding from an auditor perspective of the requirements of ISO 9001.
· Understanding of the items for which the auditor would look during an audit.
· Understanding of what an audit is and the types of audits.
· Understanding of the benefits of conducting an internal audit.
· Understanding of the various roles of the Internal Audit Team, and define the expectations for an individual to be a successful auditor.
· Understanding of the activities necessary prior to performing an audit.
· Direction on documenting audit results and the importance of copious note taking.
· Direction on developing audit reports and the structure for audit reports.
· Understanding of the activities necessary to close the loop on the internal audit including closing out corrective actions.
