AUDITING SERVICES

Quality Practitioners, Inc. auditing services include ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, TL 9000, AS 9100, ISO 14001, RC 14001 and OSHAS 18000. QPI performs contract audits for various registrars as well as providing Pre-assessment (Stage One), Internal, and Supplier Audits for organizations needing experienced auditors to prepare them for registration or help their suppliers identify opportunities to improve the product or services they provide.
As a trainer of auditors, those that work for the registrars certifying your organization, we know what auditors are looking for and can show you the best way to prepare for your registration audit.
PRE-ASSESSMENT AUDITS
QPI provides Pre-Assessment audits for companies that wish to confirm their readiness for a certification audit. Please email (jdonovan@eqpi.com) or call (615) 818-9354 to request information.
Our auditors are not only practitioners but also trainers. We have trained some of the world’s best management system auditors. By using QPI for your auditing team you get practical knowledge and a vast array of experience. This knowledge and experience is focused on continual improvement and adding value, in conjunction with practical application of the standard to your business needs. QPI helps your organization make ISO a tool for success, not a weapon of destruction.
Most Pre-assessment Audits run for 2 to 4 days in length (depending of company size and number of facilities) and are charged at $1,000.00 per day, per auditor plus actual expenses. As part of this service QPI assists your organization in responding to any findings identified during the registration audit at no additional cost to you.
INTERNAL AUDITS
Our Internal Audit services allow your internal audit activities to be value-added. Most organizations auditors get about 5 or 6 partial audits in each year. Although these auditors may be dedicated auditors they may not have the necessary experience to maximize the value of the audit activity.
Our auditors understand, teach and conduct audits as a integral part of the daily duties. As such our audits tend to be focused on improvement as opposed to an exercise that must be conducted as requirement of continued registration.
By outsourcing your internal audit activity it allows your organization to focus on what they do best, making products or servicing customers, and allows you to have experienced auditors leading your audit activity.
As part of the Internal Audit activity QPI conducts a Management Review with your organization on the last half of the last day of the audit. Most Internal Audits run for 2 to 4 days in length (depending of company size and number of facilities) and are charged at $1200.00 per day, per auditor plus actual expenses.
SUPPLIER AUDITS
QPI’s supplier audits are focused on meeting your requirements and providing value-added input for your suppliers on how they can improve their performance for you. This program is designed to assist your organization in developing your suppliers so that you may consistently receive the products and/or services your business demands to stay profitable.
As practitioners of supplier development our supplier surveys pinpoint for your suppliers what they need to work on and provide you with a real picture on your suppliers business structure and their responsiveness to your business needs.
Most Supplier Audits run for 2 to 4 days in length (depending of company size and number of facilities) and are charged at $1200.00 per day, per auditor plus actual expenses.
