QPI core competencies are in Training, Consultation and Auditing. Our training includes Management System and Continual Improvement training. The majority of industrialized nations in the world have adopted ISO Based Management System Standards as a means of doing business. The reasons for adopting these standards vary from customer driven demand to the internal benefit of continual improvement. TRAINING: Quality Practitioners, Inc. (QPI) offers comprehensive training and implementation services for the ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, AS 9100, ISO 14001, RC 14001 Management System Standards and Continual Improvement. We have provided our training in both private and public settings.
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS: QPI offers Lead Auditor Training courses and is in the process of implementing a competency based auditor training program.
CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT TRAINING: Once your business systems are in place you have everything you need to build a profitable future for your company let QPI show you how to maximize profits through continual improvement tools such as; Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma.
CONSULTATION SERVICES: Consultants normally work to their own systems - not yours. How can you get what your organization really needs? By working with a consulting organization that listens to your needs. Wherever QPI goes our staff listens to clients (or potential clients) as they describe their organization’s needs. We take notes and evaluate the best course of action for the organization based upon their needs, not ours.
AUDITING SERVICES: With Certified Lead Auditors on staff QPI understands what it is registrars are looking for, that coupled with a thorough knowledge of the intent of ISO and an understanding of continual improvement allows QPI’s Auditing Services to really add-value. This approach, “Value-Added Auditing” as opposed to a non-value added registration audit where the auditor or the registrar are rubber stamping your system saying everything is fine when you and your organization know in your heart of hearts that ISO is not adding value.
